Since its founding in 1929 by Marion E. Wade, a former minor league baseball player, ServiceMaster has stood by its word and its customers. The boxes in the attic were covered with dust and some roofing debris from re-roofing. The ServiceMaster team cleaned and sanitized the boxes and other items, carried them down two flights of stairs, and placed them in our garage so that we could sort through them. This team is not just for disasters, but also for heavy duty cleaning. They worked with our schedule to accommodate our needs. Every employee was kind, courteous, hard-working and thoughtful. They did a really amazing job under challenging conditions. Dustin, in particular worked to complete the overall mission. The estimate was accurate and we knew what we would be paying. They had several other jobs to complete for other customers, so it was a good thing that we had scheduled our time in advance. When we needed more days to complete the project (time for us to sort), ServiceMaster worked with us to schedule additional time quickly. They helped us make an overwhelming task do-able.
